TWO DAYS ENCOUNTERS

Day 1: Arrival in the morning to the Cochas community. You will be greeted with a local drink made of local fruits and andean grains flour. We will start the activities: hiking or horse back riding to the Cochas, seasonal lakes located in the "paramo", you will discover marvelous landscapes of the andean region and its magnificent volcanoes. An organic lunch with local and organic ingredients will be shared with your hosts. In the afternoon we will have the chance to select some activities: embroidery with the women of the community, preparation and grind of andean grains, elaboration of artisan bread. Overnight at the community

DAY 2: Early morning activities with the local hosts: milking, plowing and planting, harvesting (depending on the season), sheperding, etc.  We will also learn to prepare a local dish. In the afternoon you will continue to your next destination
